Amber Baymon has been a faithful member of Victory Apostolic Church since the age of seven. Her family officially joined the church in 2000 and she was baptized in 2004. From a young age, Amber developed a heart for serving, becoming involved in various ministries throughout her childhood and continuing to serve in different capacities as an adult. Her lifelong connection to Victory has given her a deep appreciation for the importance of creating meaningful experiences that help young people grow in their faith, build lasting relationships, and discover their purpose in Christ.

Amber holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Secondary Education Mathematics from DePaul University. Professionally, she serves as an educator, bringing her passion for teaching, leadership, and mentorship into her role as Youth Director. Through her work with the youth ministry, Amber is committed to creating an environment where young people feel seen, valued, and equipped to live out their faith. She is passionate about connecting with the next generation, developing their gifts, and helping them understand that they have an important place in the church and in God’s plan.
