All 105 participants were full of excitement as they joined the Health and Wellness Ministry’s 5K Community Outreach event! Kicking things off, our Zumba instructor energized the crowd with upbeat exercises set to lively music. While a few bikers and runners took to the course, the majority—about 90%—enjoyed the day as walkers. The event wrapped up with a thrilling raffle, where several lucky winners took home some amazing prizes! The weather couldn’t have been more perfect—despite the forecast, we had nothing but sunshine and blue skies. With over 48 surveys submitted and overwhelmingly positive feedback, we can’t wait to see you at our next 5K!
