A Taste of Victory is our community outreach event designed to promote a linkage of church, community and businesses in the south suburban area. The event is at Colin Powell Middle School, and the adjacent Matteson Community Center (two blocks north of Victory Apostolic Church).  This event is held on the fourth Saturday of the month of July from 12:00 Noon – 5:00 p.m.

Each year ATOV attains new heights of support and appeal from the local community. Over 3,000 guests participated in last year’s event and purchased goods and services from businesses that sponsored vendor booths. We offer free healthcare screenings to the community for diabetes, prostate cancer, blood pressure, podiatry, vision and dental. In addition, we provide free physicals and school supplies to children returning to school.  Over 50 vendors of various goods and services participated in the event, and we provided medical screening and physicals for over 300 guests and distributed free school supplies to 560 children.
